Hosts

Candidates should love taking care of people. Must be articulate, personable, detail oriented, meticulous about appearance and enjoy being involved in what can be, at times, a high pressure environment. Knowledge of Open Table reservation system a plus. Experience in fine dining a plus. Flexible hours – days and evenings: some weekends shifts mandatory.

Front Waiters

Candidates must have minimum 5 years experience in Fine Dining. We seek team members who are passionate about great food and wine and are adept at articulating and directing our guests’ evenings. Must be a student and advocate of hospitality. Must enjoy being engaged with management, back of the house and other team members in providing service. Part-time positions are minimum 3 shifts. All waiters will be expected to participate in mandatory, ongoing service and wine education meetings.

Back Waiters

Candidates must have minimum 3 years experience in Fine Dining. Candidates should be accustomed to team service with a front waiter. Job description includes: beverage service, bus service, assisting in silvering, ordering, and detailing the dining room. Must enjoy being engaged with management, back of the house and other team members in providing service. Part-time positions are minimum 3 shifts. All waiters will be expected to participate in mandatory, ongoing service and wine education meetings.

Bartenders

Candidates must have minimum 3 years experience in Fine Dining. Candidates must feel comfortable in providing service of food to their patrons. Must be able to handle a high pressure environment. Must be a student and advocate of hospitality. Must enjoy being engaged with management, back of the house and other team members in providing service. Part-time positions are minimum 3 shifts. All waiters will be expected to participate in mandatory, ongoing service and wine education meetings.
