Candidates must have minimum 3 years experience in Fine Dining. Candidates should be accustomed to team service with a front waiter. Job description includes: beverage service, bus service, assisting in silvering, ordering, and detailing the dining room. Must enjoy being engaged with management, back of the house and other team members in providing service. Part-time positions are minimum 3 shifts. All waiters will be expected to participate in mandatory, ongoing service and wine education meetings. |
